企业社会责任履行对人才敬业度影响因素的实证检验
An Empirical Test of Corporate Social Responsibility Influence on Talent Engagement

Abstract
In management practice,it is found that employees who highly engaged in work are willing to dedicate themselves to realize their max value in the company,which will have a positive influence on organizational performance. Employees from high engagement company identify and abide by the company's values from the heart.Therefore,how to improve employee engagement becomes concerns of managers increasingly.This study put forward the hypothesis that fulfillment of corporate social responsibility may affect talent engagement,and examine the hypothesis through empirical study.The analysis of empirical research data shows that fulfillment of corporate social responsibility has positive correlation with employee engagement.In the end,this paper puts forward some reasonable proposals for companies about how to fulfill their social responsibility from four dimensions———employee dimension,customer dimension,environmental dimension and community dimension,and then improve talent engagement and organizational performance based on case study of typical companies.关键词
