摘要
Abstract
Based on a balanced panel data for 177 economies from 1995 to 2007,and using the global oil price and oil reserve of each economy as an IV for their real GDP,this paper estimated the income elasticity of health expending for each of them.It is found that for the global sample,the elasticity tends to be in the range of 0.610 to 0.929,and for the OECD sample,the elasticity tends to be around from 0.808 to 1.248.while for non-OECD economies,it tends to be around from 0.582 to 0.885.关键词
