竞争战略对企业绩效滞后性及持续性的影响--以沪市上市公司为例
The Time-lag Effect and Continuity Effect of Competitive Strategies on Firm Performance-Taking Shanghai-listed Companies as an Example
摘要
Abstract
Using basic classification of Porter's competitive strategies,with the confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)to judge types of enterprises' competitive strategy,this paper establishes a vector autoregression model(VAR),and analyses the time-lag effect and the continuity of competitive strategy performance by the impulse function.The results show that:there is some lag when the competitive strategy affects corporate performance,and the lag period of the differentiation strategy is longer than that of the low cost strategy;competitive strategy affects the continuity of corporate performance,and the implementation of differentiation strategy can get stronger competitive advantage.关键词
