摘要
Abstract
A wireless camera and PC‐based home video surveillance system which only captures change images is de‐signed .System composition ,the relation of the parts and the control flow of the system are described .A method of catching interval and catching sensitivity is proposed .Difference value is used to comparative analysis images .A video surveillance which have the ability of capturing the change images is realized .Experimental results indicate that the system can catch changing images accurately .关键词
