Abstract
Objective:To investigate the current situation of the hypoglycemia fear in patients with insulin thera-py and to put forward the nursing strategies.Methods:A total of 186 patients with diabetes mellitus who needed insulin therapy were selected by the convenience sampling method and investigated by Chinese Version Hypo-glycemia Fear Survey Ⅱ(HFSⅡ WS).Results:The lowest score of HFSⅡ WS in 186 patients was 19,the highest score was 73 and the median was 31 (interquartile range:22 to 48).The highest four indicators of pa-tients were feel dizzy,faint in public places,low blood sugar but do not feel,hypoglycemia during sleep.The four most frequent countermeasures of patient were avoid sex,eat a large number of snacks,feel ease with accompa-ny,go out with accompany.Conclusion:There is fear of hypoglycemia in diabetic insulin therapy patients.The nursing measures should be taken to reduce the fear of hypoglycemia and promote the patients to cooperate with the treatment actively.The blood glucose should be controlled within a reasonable range.关键词
