摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of serum cartilage glycoprotein 39 in patients with hypertension.Methods Forty-five patients with hypertension received treatment in our hospital from 2012 to 2015 were collected as observational group.Thirty healthy controls were enrolled as control group.Results The tri-glyceride,ET-1 and CRP of observational group was higher than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant (t=2.589,P=0.012;t=10.900,P<0.01;t=5.345,P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed the levels of YKL-40 had significant positive correlation with CRP and ET-1 (P<0.01 )in the observational group.Conclusion The level of YKL-40 increased in patients with hypertension,which may be associated with inflammation and metabolic disorders.关键词
