漂浮取水泵内部流场的数值模拟及性能试验
Inner Flow Field Numerical Simulation of Floating Water Pump and Performance Test

Abstract
In order to study the distribution of inner flow field of floating water pump,an inner flow field model is established based on Pro /E.FLUENT is used to conduct the numerical simulation of inner flow field.Pressure,velocity distributions and ex-ternal characteristic curves are informed.Performance test is used to verify the correctness of the numerical simulation.The results show that there are a humped power curve and a broad high efficiency area on efficiency curve.Static pressure in the center of ro-tation of blade is higher than other parts.Also the velocity of blade is larger than others.Under the rated flow condition,there are uniform distributions of the velocity and flow field of impeller.Performance test verifies the correctness of the numerical simula-tion.The paper provides certain references for understanding the rules of inner flow field distributions,optimizing the hydraulic characteristics and improving the efficiency of floating water pump.关键词
