Abstract
Most range hoods use multi-blades centrifugal fan as power conversion device.The update of range hood is insepara-ble from the multi-blades centrifugal impeller structure modification.The optimization of structural parameters in the impeller de-sign is significant to the air volume and air pressure,which plays an important role in the range hood performance.This paper tries to use the orthogonal table combined with the numerical simulation technology to optimize the picked main influence parameters of the impeller.Firstly,the author compared the result of CFD with the result of experiment in several working conditions,which makes the model and subsequent working convincing.Then,the author chose the total pressure as the main goal parameter and picked four main structural parameter of the impeller as input.With the orthogonal method,we got several groups of the impeller parameter as the numerical simulation input and got the total pressure as the output.By means of range method analysis of the re-sults from the numerical simulation,we gained the relatively optimal solution and the corresponding P-Q curve,which produced the maximum total pressure.Through the comparison between the original and the designed impeller,the results of both CFD and the experiment proved to be expected.That verified the numerical simulation to be accurate and made the set goal achieved.This pa-per propose to high-efficient way to do the multi-parameter optimization and could be applied in the analogous research.关键词
