摘要
Abstract
An experimental test rig of oil injected twin screw compressor is built in order to investigate key influencing factors such as the mesh clearance,Vi,oil-injection quality and inspiration speed on the performance of twin Screw Compressor.Experi-ment results show that within certain working conditions,the performance decreases by 1.5 ~3% as the mesh clearance increases by 0.01 ~0.02mm.Performance in cooling is desirable when the Vi is set at 2.6 and the suction flow rate at 9m/s.And when the oil-injection quality is equal to3% of the refrigerant quality,the compressor could reach its optimism performance.关键词
