基于 NUMECA 数值模拟的离心风扇设计

摘要
Abstract
The test and simulation about the centrifugal fan have been done and the results were compared,the result shown that the simulation model can provide right simulation result about centrifugal fan.Then,some parameters of this centrifugal fan have been changed in order to design a new centrifugal fan.Performance simulation of original fan and new fan has been done using the NUMECA software.Simulation results show that:accurate description of the centrifugal fan can be provided based on NUMECA numerical simulation method,the mean parameters are compared between original fan and new fan,and then it can be known that static pressure of new fan is about 2% higher than original fan under same mass flow-rate,performance of new fan is better.Based on this simulation model,the mean parameters of original fan such as static pressure,power consumption and efficiency are calcu-lated in different rotate speed,it can provide significant ground for working point selected.关键词
