摘要

Abstract

Taking the method of numerical calculation to carry out the study about the influence between energy performance and blade thickness distribution of reactor coolant pump impeller in the direction from shroud to hub.By comparing and analyzing 5 impellers with blades which have different thickness distribution to explore the best blade thickness ratio and its effect on the distributions of static pressure of blades.The results show:when the blade thickness ratio in hub and shroud L =1.5,the hydraulic efficiency of impeller can be highest.However,when L =1.25,the work capacity of blades gets low.It means that there is much loss of energy in impeller and the hydraulic efficiency is lower.In light flow rate conditions,the head and hydraulic efficiency in the same flow rate condition are increasing with L increasing.In heavy flow rate conditions,head and hydraulic efficiency are in-creasing with L reducing.The pressure in impeller flow channel along shroud to hub increasing and maximum pressure can move toward the middle place.
