离心压缩机叶轮冲蚀磨损的动力特性研究
Dynamic Characteristic Research on Centrifugal Compressor Impeller with Erosion Wear

Abstract
To study the influence of particle erosion on centrifugal compressor impeller’s dynamic characteristic and structural strength,3D impeller model with damaged blades caused by erosion wear was build.Based on the finite element method,natural frequencies and modal shapes of original impeller and damaged impeller with or no pre-stress were extracted.The resonance of the impeller was studied.The intensity and rigidity changes of blade caused by material loss were analyzed.According to the result, the localize blade thinning due to erosion has no effect on the impeller’s vibration characteristic.At operating speed,the impeller’s resonance margin is small under the 6th and 7th frequencies.Stress concentration and stiffness degradation exist with damaged blade.关键词
