摘要

Abstract

The paperresearched thesubstitutability of R417A in vapor injection air source heat pump water heater system.Mainly analyzed thereplaceability of R147A to R22 in low temperature condition.On the base of thermomechanical analysis ofvapor injec-tion heat pump system with flash vessel,determined the optimal refrigerant charge of R22 and R417A in vapor injection heat pump water heater system by experiment.Under the direct -heated heating conditions,by changing the opening of electronic expansion valve to regulate system refrigerant volume and find out the optimal opening of R22 and R417A system under standard conditions (20℃,15℃),winter conditions(7℃,6℃)and low temperature conditions(-7℃,-8℃).The results show that:When Pm≈(Pe Pc )1 /2 ,the system was on optimum state;The environment temperature is lower,the feasibility of R417A instead of R22 more obvious.
