盐碱湖耐盐菌菌株MIM19的生理生化特性分析
Physiological and Biochemical Characteristic of a Strain of Halotolerant Bacterium MIM19 Isolated from Salt Alkaline Lake
摘要
Abstract
The physiological and biochemical characteristic of a halotolerant bacterium designated as MIM19 which was isolated from the Hunshandake Salt Lake in Inner Mongolia were investigated. The results showed that the strain was found to be gram-negative and pink-pigmented bacterium. It was able to secreted lipoidase, urease, lysine decarboxylase and arginine dihydrolase, liquefied gelatin and reduced nitrite.关键词
