Abstract
The elder health problems are becoming more and more serious when China is accelerated to enter an aging society. Chronic disease has become the number one kiler of the elderly health, of which the exceeded nutrient is the main cause.Middle aged and elder people should reduce chronic disease by controling the volume of nutrient intake. Middle aged and elderly people can improve eating habits and form a healthy lifestyle by using the analysis instrument of food nutrition.关键词
