棉/不锈钢纱线针织物的电磁屏蔽性能研究OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Study on electromagnetic shielding property of cotton/stainless steel yarn knitted fabrics
使用棉纤维及不锈钢长丝制备两种粗细相同的赛络包芯及赛络菲尔复合纱线,并测试其基础性能。分别使用两种纱线织制了纬平、1+1罗纹、提花和集圈式双层4种不同组织的针织物,测量并计算每种织物的未充满系数。对每种织物的电磁屏蔽性能进行测试,分析电磁波频率、纱线种类及织物结构对于织物屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明,两种纱线均能满足电脑横机的织制性能要求,其中赛络包芯纱的强力较好。4种组织中纬平针的未充满系数最小,提花组织最大。随着电磁波频率的提高,织物的反射损耗逐…查看全部>>
Cotton fibers and stainless steel filaments were used to make Siro core-spun yarns and Sirofil yarns, and their basic properties were tested. The two kinds of yarns were used to make four kinds of fabrics which are plain-knitted, 1+1 rib loop, jacquard stitch, and double layer tuck knitted fabrics.
