预控破片形成及侵靶行为数值模拟
Numerical simulation for formation and target penetrating behavior of pre-formed fragments

Abstract
In order to optimize the machining scheme for the pre-formed projectile body grooves of pre-formed fragment projectile,enhance the lethal power of projectile body and improve the utilization rate of projectile body material,the detonation forming process of pre-formed fragments was simulated with finite element software ANSYS.In addition,the penetration behavior of pre-formed fragments on three kinds of target boards at different initial velocities and penetration angles was researched.The model stress distribution and the velocity attenuation of fragments were compared and analyzed.The results indicate that the vicinity of pre-formed grooves is firstly broken,and the pre-formed fragments with regular shape form. Moreover,the initial velocity of fragments,target board material and penetration angle will remarkably affect the penetration capability of pre-formed fragments.The simulated results can provide the references for the design and optimization of pre-formed fragment projectile.关键词
