一种基于图像处理的打捆钢筋计数方法
A counting method for bundled steel bars based on image processing
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the counting question for the bundled steel bars,a counting method based on the connection region area of image was proposed.Through performing the graying,filtering and image segmentation for the end image of bundled steel bars,the connected region in the image after segmentation was divided into the noise,one steel bar and a plurality of steel bars.In addition,all steel bars in the connected regions were summed,and the number of all steel bars in the images could be obtained.The results show that new algorithm not only shortens the operation time,but also effectively reduces the interference of uniform illumination and noise.Moreover,the details inside the image can be highlighted, which is beneficial to the identification and counting of subsequent steel bars.关键词
