Abstract
Now days, as for the medical service market has becomes increasingly competitive, patients’satisfaction survey is an effective strategy of hospital service quality management. It has a great help for market segmentation and improvement of hospital service quality. The data exchange platform of patients’ satisfaction surveyprovides a reasonable and efective evaluation system of patients’ satisfaction, which plays an important role in construction and development of hospital, as wel as the hospitaladministrators’ decision-making.关键词
