贮藏温度和烟叶含水率互作对白肋烟贮藏期间TSNAs形成的影响

Abstract
To evaluate the effects of storage condition on TSNAs formation in burley tobacco during storage, tobacco leaves with different moisture contents (7.71% , 15.30% and 22.10%) were stored at different temperatures(10 ℃, 20 ℃, 30 ℃, 40 ℃ and 50 ℃)separately for 15 days, and the content of TSNAs in the leaves was determined. The results showed that storage temperature and the moisture content in tobacco leaves significantly influenced TSNAs formation and significant interactive effects were found between storage temperature and the moisture content. Storage temperature, as the main factor of total variation of TSNAs, had contribution rate of 56.1%;the contribution rate of moisture content was 25.6%, and that of their interaction effect was 18.2%. The bifactorial model of temperature and moisture content simulated the response of TSNAs to storage temperature and moisture content pretty well. Storage temperature and the moisture content in leaves explained 93.2%-96.5% variations in TSNAs formation during storage. To effectively inhibit TSNAs formation during tobacco storage, it is suggested that the appropriate storage temperature for burley tobacco should be below 25.5 ℃ and the moisture content in leaves should be not above 18%.关键词
