The applied value of ultrasonic elastography in diagnosing submandibular gland focal lesions benign and malignant tumor

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the applied value of ultrasonic elastography in diagnosing submandibular gland focal lesions Method Take 80 cases including 81 submandibular gland space-occupying lesions for two-dimensional ultrasound, color Doppler ultrasound, and Elasticity imaging. Elasticity imaging is analyzed and its pathology results are compared.Results It is statistically different between the two groups of elasticity imaging. Among 81 submandibular gland tumors, there are 57 benign tumors and 24 malignant tumors. Among benign nodules, 51 tutors are graded from 1 to 3 points;among malignant tumors, 19 tumors are graded from 4 to 5 points.Conclusion Ultrasonic elastography helps to diagnose submandibular gland focal lesions benign and malignant tumor.关键词
