摘要
Abstract
Objective To asses the clinical efficacy and safety of percutaneous vertebroplasty with high viscosity bone cement for the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fractures.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 30 patients (36 vertebral) with thoracolumbar compression fractures were treated percutaneous vertebroplasty by using high-viscosity bone cement at the first people's hospital of Kashgar region from August 2012 to August 2014 .Compare the clinical changes of preoperative and postoperative Visual analogue score (VAS)、Oswestry disability index (ODI)、Coob angle and vertebral heights.Using SPSS17.0 statistical software for data processing.Result 30 cases were performed successfully completed and all patients received regularly postoperative follow-up.Cement leakage was found in 2 cases during operation and 1 case happened adjacent vertebral fracture in 6month,there was no serious complications on rest of patients. according to the Macnab criteria,18 cases had a excellent result and 10 cases had good result, 93.3% had a good or excellent result. Conclusion It has significantly reduce local pain ,improve patients dysfunction and effectively restore vertebral body height and Coob Angle after usiing high viscosity of bone cement in the tratment of thoracolumbar compression fractures.关键词
