Abstract
Objective To explore the mental disorders due to epilepsy at acks clinical manifestations and Nursing Intervention.Methods from January 2014 to January 2016 56 patients in our hospital,and divided into at ack group(30 cases)and the continuous group(26 cases).Al patients were symptomatic of their treatment,and sustained group underwent routine care,en-hanced care for patients at the onset of routine care based on the uplink,the nursing ef ect of two groups of patients for comparison.Results The onset patients exhibit aggressive behavior,at ack the motivation up is based on patients with pathological,14 cases accounted for 46.67%,continuing the group of patients with aggressive behavior,at acks motivated most patient-based real-ity,there are 17 cases accounted for 65.38%.Patients with persistent episodes of group diferences in aggressive behavior motivation,P<0.05,statistical y significant.At ack patients exhibit aggressive behavior,at acks for patients most violent at acks,26 cases accounted for 86.67%.Continuous group of patients with aggressive behavior,at acks of violent at acks for patients 19 ca-ses,accounting for 73.08%.At ack patients and patients continued diferences in at acks on comparison,P<0.05,statistical y significant.At ack patients exhibit aggressive behavior,the con-sequences of the at ack with minor injuries have up to 25 cases(83.33%);continuous group of patients with aggressive behavior,the consequences of the at ack seriously injured a maximum of 18 cases(69.23%).At ack patients with persistent diferences in the comparison group of patients consequences of the at ack,P<0.05,statistical y significant.In addition,by comparison we found that,after treatment,markedly efective patient care episodes was significantly higher than continuous group,P<0.05,statistical y significant.Conclusion Since the patient clinical care,the need for continued at ention group of patients,to prevent at acks poor.关键词
