中少量高血压脑出血微创手术治疗的临床疗效观察OA
目的：探讨中少量高血压脑出血微创手术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年2月———2016年2月收治的中少量高血压脑出血98例患者，将其按照抽签法分为两组，其中对照组采用常规治疗，观察组采用微创手术治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行评价。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率为97．96％，显著优于对照组患者治疗的总有效率为73．47％，存在显著差异（P＜0．05），有统计学意义。结论中少量高血压脑出血患者采用微创手术进行治疗具有显著的疗效，可在临床上广泛应用。
