摘要
Abstract
Objective to analyze the clinical ef ect of low molecular weight heparin calcium on unstable angina pectoris(UAP),and to discuss the safety and ef icacy of the treatment. Methods by random draw,from admit ed in our hospital from January 2014 to 2016 2 month period of unstable angina patients,extraction of 220 cases of into the research field,220 cases ac-cording to the order of admission were divided into two groups,110 cases of control group,110 cases of study group,control group received routine treatment,study group received low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment,the treatment included in the comparison discussion.Results the total curative efect of the study group was 91.82% higher than that of the control group(80.91%),and the data between the groups was statistical y significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 8.18% lower than that in the control group (25.45%),and the data were statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the clinical application of low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of unstable angina can be con-sidered,the ef ect is outstanding,the operation is simple,safe,and the value of popularization and application is high.关键词
