护患沟通艺术在门诊护理中的应用OA
目的：探究护患沟通艺术在门诊护理中的应用。方法对对照组患者实施常规护理措施，对观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施优质的护患沟通护理措施。结果观察组的满意率明显较对照组高。结论对患者采取必要的护患沟通可使得患者治疗的信心得到有效增强，护理满意率得到提高。
