86例结肠直肠息肉的临床病理研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the good cut ing parts of colorectal polyps related factors,clinical characteristics and polyp canceration.Methods Choose our hospital in January 2014-December 2015 endoscopic check paral el endoscopic removal of colorectal polyps in 86 cases,and then the pathology inspection,according to the pathological characteristics can be divided in-to adenoma group and non adenoma,and summarize the clinical and pathological features.Results Inflammatory polyps in 86 cases of colorectal polyps 20 cases,17 were hyperplastic polyp,ju-venile sex polyp16cases,33 cases of adenomatous polyp.Adenoma group is higher than the average age of the adenoma,adenoma patients appear bloody group is higher than the proportion of the adenoma.Conclusion Age and bloody as high risk factors of colorectal adenomas,please pay close at ention to in clinical diagnosis.关键词
