摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the intravenous amiodarone treatment for senile severe heart failure the curative ef ect of combination of rapid arrhythmia.Selection Methods April 2015-April 2016 in our hospital treatment of severe heart failure group,84 cases of elderly patients with combined rapid arrhythmia treatment,control group patients give regular treatment,the treatment group patients with routine therapy and intravenous amiodarone,comparative analysis the treatment results.Results the control group,the total ef ective rate was 59.52%,the experi-mental group the total efective rate was 85.71%,the experimental group patients symptoms improved obviously than the control group,P<0.05).Conclusion intravenous amiodarone treat-ment in elderly patients with severe heart failure accompanied rapid arrhythmia.Ef ective play fast,can ef ectively control the correct arrhythmia,heart failure drugs safety is high,is worth popu-larizing in clinical use.关键词
