Abstract
Objective to establish the content of menthol by gas chromatography and liquorice tablets in pharynx.Methods ethyl acetate extraction component to be measured,using crosslinked polyethylene glycol(PEG)column,with menthol as control sample by gas chromatography determination of menthol content.Results Menthol in concentration for 0.1715 to 8. 577mg/mL range the inside of a good relationship,r =.For the tested sample solution is stable in 24 hours.RSD=1.8%;and the average recovery rate was 104.50%.(n =9).Conclusion the established method has strong specificity,good precision and accurate results.关键词
