卡瓦液Cavicide对口腔种植聚醚印模消毒效果的研究
The spraying disinfection efficiency of Cavicide on dental implantology polyether impressions
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the disinfect effect after spraying Cavicide disinfectant on the dental im-plantology impressions. Methods: Thirty impression samples (Straumann, 46 missed, open window im-pression, transfer coping and analog had been installed), which were smeared with bacteria compound including suspension blood streptococcus, staphylococcus aureus, e. coli bacteria, candida albicans, streptococcus mutans were sprayed with Cavicide and 2% glutaraldehyde individually. Samples were randomly divided into four groups, after 5 minutes later and 15 minutes later, the colonies were counted for statistical analysis after sampling, inoculating, and culturing. ANOVA was performed using SPSS13.0 software package. Results:All sample bacteria were eradicated after spraying Cavicide within 5 minutes and effective bacteria control was retained after 15minutes. There was significant difference between the disinfecting efficiency of Cavicide and 2% glutaraldehyde. Conclusion: Cavicide is a ef-fectively disinfector for implantology impression.关键词
