Abstract
Objective: To compare the effects of immediate and delayed implants of front teeth on the pink esthetic effect, labial bone mass and periodontal tissues health degree in the anterior teeth restoration. Methods: 92 patients with single maxilla anterior implant were included and divided into 2 groups by random number table. 46 cases in the observation group were immediately implanted after minimally invasive extraction, while 46 cases in the control group were implanted 3 months after minimally inva-sive extraction. 3 months after implantation, upper crown restoration were conducted in all patients. mBI and PD of 2 groups were detected at 1, 3, 6, 9, 12 month after upper crown restoration. PES of 2 groups were evaluated at 3, 6, 12 months after upper crown restoration. The vertical and horizontal al-terations of the labial bone were evaluated by CBCT immediately after implant and at 12 months after implant. Results:1 months after upper crown restoration, mBI of the observation group was significantly higher than of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no sig-nificant differences in mBI and PD between 2 groups at rest time points, and the success rate of 2 groups showed no significant difference. PES scores of the observation group at all time points were sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The height of alveolar ridge in the observation group was significantly reduced, and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant change in the height of alveolar ridge in the con-trol group. In all patients, there were significant decreases in bone mass in the coronal and the middle part of the dental implant, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The changes of height and thickness of middle part of the lateral bone in the observation group were significantly high-er than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Im-mediate implantation and delayed implantation both has no significant adverse effects on soft tissue around the implant, the aesthetic effect of immediate implantation is superior to that of delayed implan-tation, immediate implantation can not prevent the physiological absorption of alveolar ridge.关键词
