摘要

Abstract

The concept of knowledge value has existed for a long time .Values of medical knowledge include introspection and self-discipline of knowledge use , intuition and experience of illness observation , and indescribable values and world outlook , guidance of individualized operation skills .To realize the values of medical knowledge in medical graduate education , the article analyzes academic autonomy crisis caused by loose teaching management , loss of humanity caused by lack of basic communication , and medical knowledge deviation caused by knowledge imparting and passing .Then it discusses some understanding of medical graduates'education and training in the following three aspects:establishing the graduate students'learning society with the upperclass students guiding the lowerclass ones to promote the formation of individual knowledge , offering community volunteer service courses to promote the cultivation of humanity , and making a lifelong learning feedback plan to promote para-knowledge value .
