摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of critical care medicine , the training of professionals is imminent .Based on our many years'clinical teaching practice and the characteristics of ICU refresher doctors, we have adopted the multi-dimensional teaching mode by integrating CBL , PBL, multimedia-assisted teaching and the traditional teaching method to optimize the process of teaching for refresher doctors, improve the quality of teaching , and produce high-quality professionals .We hope this new teaching mode will provide reference for clinical teaching for ICU refresher doctors .关键词
