Abstract
The fishing boat fuel subsidies according to China's national conditions, has its own particularity. The basis of the policy is the "double control" policy, which controls the total number of fishing boat ship and power index. Under the background of this policy, the implementation of oil filling will not cause the increase in the number of fishing and over fishing. Fuel subsidies make the power indicator become a disposable asset which can be bought and sold by the fishermen, as well as provides a new way of fishermen financing. In addition, at present the operation mode of the fishermen also become financial, make fishing village financial boom and full of vitality. Fuel subsidies, therefore, is to improve the fishermen living standard at the same time, also improve the fishermen's operation situation.关键词
