Abstract
Cold water fishes industry in Beijing is eco-industry, leisure industry, and the livelihood industry. Now seed industry of cold water fishes is well-known, salmon industry is closed with folk tourism, and sturgeon market continues to expand. However, in general it is urgent to improve the market system, strengthen brand building, and upgrade the product. It is important to promote the seed industry of cold-water fish steadily through technological innovation, the sturgeon industry in high-end development through processing, and healthy development of the cold water fishes industry through brand building, as well as to change the cold-water fish industry into leisure industry and culture industry.关键词
