摘要
Abstract
With the increase in global population, the lack of fishery resources is intensifying. IUU Fishing destroys the recovery of fishery resources and its ability to reproduce, affecting the sustainable utilization of fisheries resources. China actively fulfill their obligations of the international treaties and agreements, perfecting the legal system of fishery, increasing the intensity of punishment, improving the fishing vessel monitoring and management system, implementing the ship's registration management system strictly, strengthening international cooperation, to effectively regulate the IUU fishing.关键词
