Abstract
Fishing port construction as one of the important starting point for the construction of marine power, on the fishermen's lives and property safety, the fishery transformation upgrade essential. In this paper, a comparative study of Guangdong, Zhejiang and Fujian provinces in typhoon shelter ability, construction funds, construction efficiency, fishing port function and understanding such five aspects that Guangdong Province fishing port construction level overall than Zhejiang, Fujian behind 10 years or so. put forward planning, inch point positioning, increase investment, high standards, system and mechanism innovation, to promote efficiency, promote the construction suggestion.关键词
