摘要
Abstract
Marine economics information resource is the foundation of other Marine resources, planning, management, protection and rational utilization.Marine economics information resource is one of the important fundamental and strategic information resources of the national. It plays an irreplaceable role of marine economic and social development. However, the contradiction between "sharing" and "protect" bring the lack of coordination and unity of marine economics information resource management in our country, so we need to carry out the unification and standardized management of marine economics information resource. We need to speed up the implementation of key technologies of marine information resource sharing. We need to consider the interests of the owner of marine economics information resource at the same time. We need to establish the marine economics information sharing mechanism and the safety management system of marine economics information resource. We should participate actively in international cooperation of marine economics information sharing.关键词
