Abstract
Currently, traditional fishery that depends on resources-consumption can not meet requirements of fishery recycling economy. Fishery must be transformation and upgrading, and fishery recycling economy is the very important measure of benign development. The article analyses the significance, development status and problems of fishery recycling economy of Guangxi province. It explains main patterns in new situation, in combination with its own conditions, it also proposes that the ways and countermeasures of fishery recycling economy, such as changing conception, developing tech fishery and ocean fishery, establishing three major industries linkage mechanism and strengthening policy support. The paper is aimed at showing some bases and methods of fishery recycling economy development of Guangxi province.关键词
