Application of Cylex ImmuKnow immune cell function assay in postoperative monitoring after liver transplantation
目的：探讨Cylex ImmuKnow免疫细胞功能检测在肝移植术后监测中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2012年8月至2015年8月在中山大学附属第三医院接受同种异体原位肝移植术的82例患者临床资料。其中男70例，女12例；平均年龄（48±9）岁。患者均签署知情同意书，符合医学伦理学规定。根据肝移植术后不同的临床状态将患者分为3组：感染组（22例）、稳定组（43例）、急性排斥反应组（排斥组，17例），另设健康对照组（对照组，46例）。应用Cylex …查看全部>>
