微创技术在胃肠肿瘤外科中的应用现状及进展
The applied status and advances of minimally invasive surgery on gastrointestinal tumor

Abstract
Minimally invasive surgery refers to a new surgical technique that has the mini-mum injury and gets the best surgical curative effect. In the last 20 years, the minimally invasive surgery represented by laparoscopy surgery has come a long way. Compared with open surgery, it has the similar efficacy but less complications. Endoscopic mucosal resection and endoscopic submucosal dissection has become the endoscopic main way of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions. For advanced gastric cancer, totally laparoscopic gastric cancer radical may be the development direction of gastric cancer surgery in the future. We optimized the lymph node cleaning operation process, at the same time, we created a totally laparoscopic “beta” form Billroth Ⅱ anastomosis, which was safe and simple, shorten operation time and had less complications. In colorectal surgery, minimally invasive technology is conducive to the protection of pelvic blood vessels and plant nerve plexus, and lymphadenectomy is more thoroughly. It can realize anal sphincter preserving operation for ultra-low rectal carcinoma. In addition, with the development of all kinds of equipments related to laparoscopic surgery, we can have more precise operation, more accurate resection, less bleeding and greater se-curity. The innovation of the concept and equipment of minimally invasive surgical techniques may lead to a new revolution.关键词
