腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效观察
Clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscopic surgery combined with mifepristone in treatment of endometriosis

Abstract
Objective To explore clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscopic surgery com-bined with mifepristone in treatment of endometriosis. Methods One hundred and sixty-five pa-tients with endometriosis were collected during 2013 to 2015 and randomly divided into two groups including experimental group (85 participants) and control group (80 participants). Patients in control group were treated with laparoscopic surgery. Patients in experimental group were treated with laparoscopic surgery combined with mifepristone. Several indicators regarding curative effect, reco-very time of menstruation, recovery time of ovulation and occurrence of adverse events were observed after treatment. Results Curative effect rate in experimental and control group were 81. 2% and 65. 0%, respectively. Curative effect in experimental group was significant better than that in control group ( P<0. 05) . Both of recovery time of menstruation and ovulation in experimental group were substantially shorted than that in control group ( P<0. 05 ) . Overall incidence of adverse events in experimental and control group were 15. 3%and 3. 8%respectively, but symptoms of these events in experimental group were mild. Conclusion Therapy of laparoscopic surgery combined with mife-pristone in treatment of endometriosis is effective and safe and worth popularizing and applying on clinic.关键词
