摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of Chansu injection on anti-infection af-ter lung cancer surgery. Methods Ninety-four cases of lung cancer surgery were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, the control group of 46 cases, the treatment group of 48 ca-ses. All the selected patients were given the same basic treatment plan, the treatment group on the basis of the control group on postoperative day with Chansu injection, to compare the curative effect and postoperative hospitalization time within one week of the two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the incidence of fever and pulmonary infection in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group ( P<0. 05) . The 4th day and the 7th day white blood cell count and C-reactive protein index after treatment were lower than the control group ( P<0. 05) . The postoperative hospi-talization time was lower than control group ( P<0. 05) . Conclusion Chansu injection has obvious effect on anti-infection after operation of lung cancer and need for further clinical research.关键词
