Biological characteristics of vitamin D and its association with childhood cough variant asthma
摘要
Abstract
Vitamin D is an essential vitamin in human body, with a variety of biological func-tions. Its traditional function is to maintain the normal growth and development of cells and tissues, regulate the balance of calcium in body. The lack of vitamin D can lead to the body can not absorb and use calcium,severe cases can lead to rickets in children and osteomalacia occurred. With the further study on the role of vitamin D, people find that, except the role of regulating the balance of calcium, vitamin D can affect the immune system by acting on innate and adaptive immunity, with the role of immune regulation. It has a certain effect on children cough variant asthma by regulating the immune system.关键词
