Abstract
Purpose/significance] The intelligence research institutions in China that engage in policy-consulting have their own advantages and disadvantages. Fully understanding the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats has great signiifcance for the construction of think tank oriented functions in intelligence research institutions.[Method/process]This paper used SWOT framework to analyze them.[Result/conclusion] This paper puts forward the strategic choices and the best strategies--SO and ST, and explains the reasons.关键词
