Abstract
Purpose/signiifcance]This paper aims to thoroughly investigate the insights of experts of think tanks, share research achievements, and provide inspirations to improve the core capacity of think tanks.[Method/process] The paper deeply analyzed the experts’ reports at “2016 Core Competence Construction of New Think Tanks” Senior Seminar, and extracted and summarized important thoughts and views. [Result/conclusion]The spiritual core of new think tanks is patriotism and conifdence in China, and the core competence includes: the capacity of strategic planning, learning, management, communication and community building.关键词
