重组人干扰素α-1b不同给药途径治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的疗效分析
Therapeutic effects analysis of recombinant human interferonα-1b on the infant bronchiolitis with different administration route
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Evaluate the effectiveness and security of the different administration on treating infant bronchiolitis with recombinant human interferonα-1 b(rhIFNα-1 b).Methods:107 cases of infant bronchiolitis were randomly divided into three groups:intramuscular injection group(35 cases),atomization group(42 cases)and contrast group(30 cases).The same supportive treatment were on the three groups:rhIFNα-1 b by intramuscular injection was added to the intramuscular injection group;rhIFNα-1 b by ultrasonic atomizing inhalation was added to the atomization group,to observe the difference of improvement of symptoms and physical signs in the three groups after a period of treatment with 7 days.Results:The effection in the three groups of injection group,atomization group and contrast group was respectively 80%,90.5% and 53.3%.There was no statistical significance in the difference between injection group and atomization group(P >0.05).Compared injection group and atomization group with contrast group respectively,there were statisti-cal significance in the difference(P <0.05 ).The duration in hospital and the required time on relieve or disappear of symptom and signs include cough,wheeze and lung rales in atomization group was shorter than that in injection group(P <0.05).The adverse reac-tion in the atomization group was also less than the intramuscular injection group.Conclusion:The curative effective of rIFNα-1 b on treatment of infant bronchiolitis was obvious,rIFNα-1 b by atomizing inhalation on infant bronchiolitis is more effective and safer than by intramuscular injection with no pain and easy operation.关键词
