儿童急性创伤性硬膜下血肿快速消散12例分析
Rapid spontaneous resolution of traumatic acute subdural hematoma:a retrospective study of 12 children cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:The objectives of the present study is to summarize clinical and CT manifestations of children with rapid spontaneous resolution of traumatic acute subdural hematoma(ASDH).Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical manifestation, imaging data and prognosis of 12 cases with ASDH caused by traumas.Results:12 cases of ASDH showed the rapid dissipation of sub-dural hematoma in 36 hours,12 cases had good prognosis after conservative treatment.Conclusion:The special changes of CT in chil-dren with ASDH after rapid dissipation have important guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.关键词
