摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of ELISA and immunohistochemical of TRPV1 and TGF-β2 in diagnosis of UACS.Methods:Choosing 94 patients as UACS group.And choosing 92 patients with adenoid hypertrophy but without UACS as the control group.All the patients were tested for TRPV1 and TGF-β2 with ELISA and immunohistochemical.Results:TRPV1 and TGF-β2 tested with ELISA and immunohistochemical of patients in UACS group were significantly higher than those of control group (P <0.05 ).The sensitivity of ELISA of TRPV1 and TGF-β2 was significantly higher than that of immunohistochemical,and the specificity of immunohistochemical of TRPV1 and TGF-β2 was significantly higher than that of ELISA(P <0.05 ).Conclusion:The rise of TRPV1 and TGF-β2 is connected with the attack of UACS.ELISA of TRPV1 and TGF-β2 has high specificity and immunohistochemical of TR-PV1 and TGF-β2 has high sensitivity in the diagnosis of UACS.Combined detection of ELISA and immunohistochemical of TRPV1 and TGF-β2 can improve the diagnosis rate of UACS.关键词
