Abstract
Objective:To investigate the levels and clinical significance of interleukin 9(IL-9),IL-17 and transforming growth factor beta1 (TGF-1 )in patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods:According to the ratio of micro-albuminuria to creatinine, 62 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM)were divided into the T2DM group (32cases)and DN group (30 cases),and the 30 healthy persons were set as the control group(NC group).The serum biochemistry markers and urine albumin levels in three groups were detected using routine biobemical methods.The levels of IL-9,IL-17 and TGF-1 in three groups were detected by the ELISA,the difference of which was analyzed.Results:The levels of IL-9,IL-17 and TGF-1 in DN group were significantly higher than those in T2DM and NC group(P <0.01 ).Conclusion:The levels of IL-9,IL-17 and TGF-1 in serum of type 2 diabetes patients with nephropa-thy increased,which may play an important role in the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy.关键词
